 COVID-19 GUIDELINES (updated 11 March 2021)

Please respect the Hong Kong government's latest regulations regarding COVID-19. If you are not feeling well, or suspect an illness coming, please stay at home. 

Our studio is disinfected regularly. We provide hand sanitizers, antiseptic spritz and single-use wipes.

All clients and staff are required to wear masks at all times. You must also either scan the LeaveHomeSafe app or have your contact information recorded for every visit to the studio. In the event that one or more new confirmed cases are found at our premise, this information will be released to the government for contact tracing purposes.

In light of recent COVID-19 outbreaks in a number of fellow gyms and fitness studios, we kindly ask that anyone who is part of these clusters and/or has been recommended to get tested to follow protocol and refrain from visiting our studio for 14 days or until a negative test result.

To ensure there is no disruption to the class in session, we have a strict policy on LATE ARRIVALS:

• Please arrive 15 minutes early for your FIRST CLASS so you can sign our waiver and tell your teacher of any injuries.  First timers who are late will not be permitted to join class.
• REGULARS can enter the class (i.e. be on the mat, dressed in fitness attire) up to 5 minutes late, and need to warm up with 60 knee lifts before joining in.
• After the 5 minute mark, our doors will be locked and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter class.
• For hygiene and safety, grip socks are mandatory for all classes. Feel free to bring your own or plan to buy a pair at the studio in case you forget to bring yours.

CLASS PACKAGE POLICIES

Clients on any Monthly Unlimited packages are entitled to one in-studio class per day, while there remains no limit for livestream classes.

We have a 6-hour cancel policy for all in-studio group classes and 4-hour for livestream classes. No-shows or cancellations received after the policy window will be charged as follows:

• Per Class Package: Charged at the full single session rate of your package
• Monthly Unlimited: HKD 200 per no-show or late cancelled class

We charge an extension fee of HKD 100 for every additional month (only applicable to per class packages if it has not yet expired).

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Should the HK Observatory issue a notice about Black Rain or Typhoon 8, all classes for the day may be cancelled without notice and without charge.
