2018 has been quite the ride for the health and wellness scene in Hong Kong. There are even more vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based menu options, and sustainability is well and truly on everyone’s radar. Now that the holidays are behind us, it’s time to take a break from rich, wintery foods and look ahead to enjoying lighter fare. I’ve listed a few of my favourites and hope you enjoy trying them out.
