Sonya is our resident photographer and a regular at the barre since 2015. She is family and we are proud to see her spread her wings into teaching after completing her teaching certification and apprenticing at our Hong Kong studio in 2018.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, she thrives on sparking a positive mindset towards health and fitness through her classes. 

Outside the studio, Sonya is a Fashion and Beauty Writer for a prestigious luxury department store in Hong Kong. When she’s not on the grind or at the barre, she enjoys lifting weights, long hikes and discovering new restaurant concepts.
